Je vous propose aujourd’hui un dossier recensant les meilleurs jeux zone unique MD, c’est à dire les jeux Megadrive sortis uniquement en Europe, USA, ou Japon. J’ai voulu me concentrer sur les 3 zones principales, délaissant ainsi ce qui est communément appelé « reste du monde » avec les jeux spécifiques au Brésil, à la Corée, ou tous les jeux non licenciés Chinois et Taiwanais.
